"Menards in E. Wichita. Yesterday I purchased some lumber (12-20' boards)and 3'x12' metal roofing panels(20 panels). I asked for help loading them. The gate attendant to the yard called the yard workers and requested that assistance. I loaded both sets of items with no help. Employees walked by and drove the fork lift by both locations without helping. The reason I am not give a 1-star rating is because of the lady that helped me locate some items inside the store. She was very helpful and kind."

"This my first time shopping there went for mini blinds. There was no help around it was a very stressful experience. There was this young man in a different department who found us help he was very sweet however the man who was on the phone for an extended period of time was told we needed help. After he ended that call at his desk he disappeared and when we went to find him he was helping someone else as if he had not been told we were waiting. I had to go to customer service to have someone paged before we got help. We saw this young lady asked her for help she said that she was off and kept walking. We were in the store for about an hour 1 1/2 waiting. I would rather not go back. I was able to find a good deal on washing soap but is that $3 discount worth the frustration. Absolutely not I would like to see the workers asking if people need help."
