"I was unhappy with the boarding experience. The people are friendly, but my elderly dog came home sick after just a one night stay. She was dehydrated and starving for food. Something was not quite right."
"I love the staff and so does my reactive dog. Every time I go to pick him up all the staff come to say bye to him and he never wants to leave. The place can be quite loud but my dog seems to do very well with the staff. My only gripe is that it’s nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone. I recently tried more than a half dozen times per day for over 2 weeks before I finally reached someone and I left 3 or 4 voicemails that went unreturned. I currently can’t get ahold of anyone either nor get voicemails returned. Up until a year or 2 ago I never had any issues with either."
