"Very efficient front desk. Service was on time. Vet answered our questions, seemed interested in pets welfare and comfort. Prices seemed reasonable."
"Dr. Lang and the staff are friendly and compassionate. No rush and willing to answer all questions. Would never think of taking our dog anywhere else. Thank you so much. P.S. Thumper says "thank you" too."
"The best Vet I have ever been to before!! They have quality care for sure."
"Great staff and Veterinarians. We were impressed with their service and reasonable pricing. Now our new Veterinary."
"Worst experience ever. This is a -5 star review. I have been here a couple of times with a decent experience. Not sure if it is a new vet or what, but got nothing but total disrespect this time. My husband and I brought our 13 year old dog in to be put down. The receptionist kept saying “he” instead of “she”. When she brought HER (my dogs) file in to show the vet they started laughing. The whole office was laughing the whole time we were there. Seriously? We are her to say goodbye to a very loved dog. They brought her into a room where they sedated her (when I made the appt. I asked if we could do this in our vehicle, which they said yes then changed their mind). They start dropping things and laughing more. My dog was struggling to relax. The dr came in to put her down. She said, “oops it blew up”. Not sure what she was talking about, but my guess is she blew the vein. They flipped her, hurting her, to get to the other leg. As soon as the dr was done giving her the shot, she started coughing and gagging like she was going to puke. As soon as she passed they were pushing us out the door. Not giving us anytime to greave. We then had to parade her through the office to bring her to our vehicle. She was 90 lbs, so this took the both of us. I will never go back to this vet. I suggest if you have to put your beloved fur family down, don’t go there."
