"I would say the only complaint I had was the quality of the towels. They may as well have been sandpaper. I get the you wouldn't want them "escaping" to the beach, and I would think there's no risk of that with the quality of the towels provided. Other than that, this place was awesome and convenient."
"Just an awesome location. Building was awesome almost historic with true style . I hope in the future they change nothing about that place .Staff was super friendly seemed like they genuinely enjoyed what they were doing. Took the extra time to clean thoroughly. Took time to have conversations. all around a pretty awesome stay. For both business and vacation"
"Dated facility. Dirty. Too much chlorine in pool and hot tub. Continental breakfast was not even close to as good as Clarkston, Coeur d Alene, and Ponderay Best Western"
"This hotel is unreasonably expensive. There are NO ELEVATORS , let's START THERE... The hotel SMELLS like an old ran down building. Staff, meh, I have had better and friendlier experience than this. I have stayed there many times. That is not because the experience is over the top it's just because that's what there.... One day in winter a guy walked in to get shelter from the cold and asked the guy at front desk if he can stay in for a few to warm up... While I was standing there he told the guy " you aren't out guest, so if It is cold I do t know what to tell you but you can't be in here looking this place like trasy...." I couldn't believe the inhumane response that I heard from the front desk attendant to this poor man... I wish there's another decent hotel close by to this place and I'll give them my business gladly. Shame on that front desk guy who is so heartless to posted that a guy out in the cold instead of letting him warm up a little"
"We had to find a place to stay at 11pm that took dogs. Best Western very accommodating and we had a nice night's sleep. I forgot my shoes in the room and got a call from them letting me know. They will be sending them to us. Would recommend!"
