"I’m from out of town in Carson Valley Nevada. My husband and I were up on business and I decided to pop in the mill on my free time. Am I glad I did!! I picked up some baby chicks from them to bring home. I have never had healthier more vibrant chicks ever!!!! I will continue to make the 7 hour drive to Idaho for my future chick purchases. The customer service was amazing. I can’t recommend them enough!!"

"I was enjoying this store until today. A few weeks ago, prior to purchasing, I asked if I could return the items I was purchasing if they turned out to be something we didn't want. She said yes you sure can, anytime! Turns out we didn't need what I purchased. I go back today with the items in the bag, unopened, and was told that no, she cannot accept returns because they are an organic store. No written statement anywhere for the return policy changes from weeks ago when I verbally asked about returns. Every other store in town will let you make returns...... organic or not! There are plenty of other places to shop that won't leave me high and dry with items I'm not going to use and make changes to policy without a notice posted before I purchase."
