"Would not recommend online ordering. Very unprofessional and a lot of training needed for their employees. I dealt with a kid named Nick that would clearly be better in a different job as he had no customer service skills. He doesn't even know how to answer a phone, confirm parking spaces, or complete the details of a pick up. It was ridiculous as this seems like the basics of a very easy job."

"Great customer service at their bakery! I wasn't happy with the original cake, but it had already been paid for and taken home. So they decorated a new cake on short notice (which looks great by the way) and sold it to me with a heavy discount. I really appreciate it."

"Super frustrating experience this evening. Weeks ago, we were told that the first Saturday of every month, there is a discount for veterans in store. So today, my boyfriend and I came in and confirmed with the employee that today is the discount day. We then got everything on our list... $200 worth of groceries... and we go up to the register, where the same employee THEN tells us that this store doesn't actually do a veteran discount. Beyond frustrating, and I feel like we were taken advantage of... employees shouldn't be telling veterans that they get a discount on a specific day if no discount exists."

She is such a sweetheart, even being 33 weeks pregnant, she carries such an optimistic and good energy.
