It's pretty cool to see what he learns and watch him break boards! He came in as a transfer and was not required to start as a white belt, which was really nice. He really likes it here."

Boise should be honored to have this studio. Other studios are more franchised and are not orginal. Here you will become fit to fight. Also, you will become a very effective striker for real life self defenses. As well as becoming a true artist with noble character."

"Smaller studio--which we like! Very clean, simple studio without all the distracting mirrors. Classes include all ages which makes it great for parents who want to take a class with their child (get a little fitness workout--and spend time with your child!) This can also be great for teens & tweens who are just starting where they will not feel like they're in a "baby class". Classes are available all week which is great for shifting schedules, holiday, illnesses, etc--you can still fit it in! There is a waiting area for parents who do not participate can watch the entire time or come & go as needed. We found it affordable and the staff to be very accommodating."
