"I have loved coming here for many times but after today where I had a lady named Brandy who never once cleaned up my skin after a black “all over dye” in which she did my roots then took the ends of my hair and rubbed them on to my roots to get color on the ends. Along with the roughest wash and dry I have ever experienced in getting my hair done she also “diffused” my hair by holding the diffuser 1 ft away from my hair at all times and just running her fingers through my hair. I was praying that the instructor at the end would catch the hair dye covering my forehead yet sadly I was let down when he let me walk out of their shop like this. (P.S) thé dye on my face would be worse but I asked for the cleaner to get off what I could after it had sat on my skin for the 2 hours I sat in her chair. I was also very disappointed when I got home and found out the back of my clothing had black hair dye on it."

"Went in for a all over color and the person I got was freindly but she did not put the dye all the way to my roots. She also added on a $15 dollar extra service without telling me it cost extra. She left product in my hair and knew. She never consulted a instructor and the one time she did was about the product still my hair and they told her to rinse it out again and she refused to.. I get they are learning but not consulting a instructor and then not doing what they said. Not to impressed but again freindly service."

"I had a great experience here! Jaelyn cut my hair. She’s a cosmetologist graduating next week. Pricing is excellent - $39 for hair dye and hair cut. You do pay a bit with your time - these two services took 2.5 hours, when they would usually take just over one hour. I didn’t mind this though. The cosmetologist was very careful and her instructor came by multiple times to give input. I felt they did an extremely thorough job with great care and attention to detail that I don’t normally experience at SuperCuts or GreatClips. You may get a chance to get an inside look into the details of the services you buy here, especially if an instructor comes by to give feedback to the student helping you."
