"I'm usually very happy with the hair color services I get at Paul Mitchell The School Boise. I get highlights with a root melt and it turns out good and is well blended and at a fraction of the cost. I have medium long hair and my appointments usually take about 5 hours. The students are very friendly and personable as well."
"I loved it they are so nice it's lovely in there and the students did super. I had a medi/pedi done and loved the friendly service my student was Liz Ford she did an amazing job. Thanks Paul Mitchell school wonderful school"

"I had a student named MJ give me a manicure,Plump, and gel polish. She did a great job, and was friendly. It took her less than an hour. I'll be booking an appointment with her again!"
"I took my girls here for "highlights." (NOT FULL HEAD COLOR) The first day we spent from 12:30 PM to 7:45pm, and my daughter was crying through most of it. Day 1, my daughter's hair stylist used over 8 cups of dye on her hair. We said NO RED and her hair ended up looking like the skunk version of the hamburger Wendy's girl. She left so much dye, even after telling them, it was chunked up in my daughter's hairline, ears, and neck, and she was itching the next day from it. From the beginning, communication was nonexistent with this hairdresser, and she left my daughter almost the whole time to socialize with other people. Because it was so bad, they braided it, and we had to come back the following day, 3.5 cups later, (11.5 total) Even after this entire disaster, waste of two of my days, I still paid over 150 for just her hair. We are from out of town, and this virtually ruined the last two days with family. My haircut was so bad I also had to have it redone, deep conditioned because it was so choppy, from the bad hair cut, dry and frizzy from the coloring. My last daughter didn't get the color she asked for, but by the hours of doing it, and the other issues, I didn't have the time or desire to redo it. Although the one director was super kind and helped fix the worst hair, I am now worried about how much chemicals my developing daughter had poured on her head. Spend the money and pay an actual stylist. They charge the hair dressers for tuition and still charge outrageous prices to ruin good hair. I would never go back, and strongly advise anyone else to not risk it."
