"Showed up for my dog’s grooming appointment with a pre arranged time of 10 minutes before opening. This was agreed upon because of another commitment I needed to be at by 9:20. Grooming entrance door is closed with a sign that says go to the front entrance. Went to the front entrance where it was locked. Observed employees mulling about with the “why are you here?” stare. Tried to say I’m here to drop my dog off for his appointment but just received the deer in a headlights stare as they went back to mulling about. I called the store and pressed 1 to be connected to the grooming department but it just rang with no answer. Continued to stand at the entrance watching employees walk by with the “why are you here?” look. Called the store again and let it ring while the people inside shuffled. I wound up leaving with my dog so I wouldn’t miss my other commitment. I did call around 9:10 to let the groomer know what had happened and she was very sweet and apologetic. It’s a bit of a journey to get to this location and after the “stares” it’s making me look for a closer option."

"I was very disappointed with the service at this store. I came to buy some Tetra fish and a 10 gallon tank setup with accessories for them, but no one greeted me or offered any assistance, and PROACTIVELY ignored me when I politely requested assistance directly. I felt ignored and unwelcome. I left and went to another store nearby, where I had a wonderful experience."
