"I went in for a follow up visit for a cat bite. Very quick and easy. However, quite the impression was made and I feel it needs to be shared. The receptionist, Justin the nurse and Doctor Bassler all have incredible bedside manner. Welcoming, kind, helpful and overall amazing. I would give more stars if I could. Amazing team!"

"I have never been treated so poorly in my life! I go there for getting hurt at work. First Dr. Bassler told me to leave myself clocked in for appointments which is illegal (time clock theft) my boss said then I was given recommendations from my physical therapist and Dr. Bassler is refusing to follow through with the MRI and said she is going to be talking to her because a physical therapist shouldn't be ordering me anything. Dr. Bassler refuses to treat the way the patient's need to be treated and is just outright rude. They have done absolutely nothing to help me, I should never leave a doctors office in tears. I will not be going back, I will be getting a referral for elsewhere! And yes I will be making a complaint with the medical board as well."

"My mother had a doctors appointment there and they refused to let me go into the exam room with her. Personally I find that very concerning and suspicious. Was not impressed at all. I also found the staff very rude."
