"Alec is my insurance agent and I am very pleased. Alec is immediately responsive to my emails and follows up as he says he will. I needed to change insurance programs in this last open enrollment season because my premiums, for basically an outrageous deductible, had gone up by 20%. Alec helped me find lower cost plans, explained how they worked and got me setup within a few hours. After the first of the year, auto withdrawals continued for my previous insurance plan although it was cancelled. I contacted Blue Cross 5 times by email and phone with no results. I asked Alec to help out and within a day, it was resolved."

"We had a small hiccup with our plan due to some miscommunication that caused some issues for us. However, the issue, once realized was solved very professionally and promptly. My wife and I will have nothing but good things to say about Brian, his brokerage and his employee Alec. We highly recommend their services to those who need to find insurance. Update as of 1/16/2024 I have changed my review. The Glidden group has caused us a lot of issues. We were told at the start of the new year by Idaho that our insurance was canceled bc we didn’t qualify due to being covered by the Veteran’s Administration. We made it known (to Glidden) we were retired military and they said it wouldn’t be an issue. It has turned into a HUGE issue. Our insurance was canceled and we were told we may have to pay back bills from the start of our policy bc we were never qualified for insurance in the first place. I have a medically fragile child, we used this coverage for 4 months before we were told we didn’t qualify. It has resulted in a lot of problems between trying to figure out what we actually owe, if we can get a policy back dated to cover our kids and if so what is going to be backdated to be covered. The customer service side of Glidden was great, they did answer our questions and did provide a service. However if you’re a veteran and have benefits, I would recommend using a Broker who has direct experience with Veterans and Private Insurance. Getting us qualified for a plan that we were not qualified for has caused a ripple effect of problems for my family and I’m just not happy at all."
