"As a family we were semi happy with the services coeur Vitaliy provided for over a year. I have to say though that there was not any above and beyond or outside the box thinking. Pretty simple care. No real diagnosing done without using outside testing or referrals. Just routine basic care that you can find at an urgent care for much less than 200 a visit. The staff is very friendly but Management is lacking in moral integrity and seems to be money hungry. They dropped my entire family over a misunderstanding in the middle of me and my daughter dealing with serious health concerns without notice, leaving me and my 3 kids without a pcp. I had no idea until i called them to make a follow up apt for my daughter after her stay in the hospital and to get a prescription for my upcoming brain scan. I had to scramble to find a doctor at the very last minute to get the rx i needed. They gave me 30 days of emergency only care for $150 cash!!! It costs me $40 at urgent care! There was no personal care or compassion. They are too expensive and the least helpful physicians office I have been to in coeur d'alene. I am highly disappointed as my brain scans are important because I am recovering from brain cancer. I paid my bills with them and even referred them to many friends. Now that I know what I know I would never recommend coeur Vitaliy to anyone. Greedy and impersonal and lacking in moral integrity."
