"We had American Family for years with our previous agent and our experience was amazing, any time we had a claim or any insurance questions she was right on it and made it so easy for us. Our agent retired and we were assure our service would continue to be amazing and effortless as it had been. It was not long we realized that was not the case, as a growing company we need agents that will grow with us and it had seemed we did not have that any longer with Keen agency as our new agent. One of our techs was rear ended shortly before we changed carriers and we have been fighting to get something resolved since Feb-2022. I have sent countless emails and made multiple calls trying to find out what is going on and why we still have a wrecked vehicle. After 10 months of trying to get answers they say they changed the estimate we sent in by over $7,000.00, with out sending an adjuster out to look at it, and sent us a check for what they thought it should cost us. When asked about it and when the rest would be here or how to proceed we kept getting told they couldn't help us cause we are not customers any longer. And that it was our fault for cancelling our policy and creating a mess for them-one of my favorite saying from all this was they didn't make any money off of us since we cancelled. Personal policies might be ok but Businesses beware. Crazy"
