"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Their rates are cheap but you will pay it 5x over as soon as you have issues. I’ve been trying to stop business with them for over a year, and despite confirming over email that my policies are cancelled they keep debiting my escrow accounts and renewing policies. I’m now paying for 2 policies on multiple properties. They have also been “sending me a check” to reimburse me for over 6 months. The amount of frustration you will experience as their client is not worth getting free insurance. Cannot advise strongly enough to avoid doing business with this company."

"Brian was AMAZING! He was our Answer Man and Hero today! He didn’t allow us to purchase more insurance than we needed because of our lack of knowledge and desire to be “covered”. "This company is non-responsive and does not seem to care about all customers, big or small. I have reached out to my agent multiple times to discuss my policy and only get voicemail. I have emailed multiple times, and never got a response. My auto policy had doubled or tripled over the course of 5 or 6 years, yet I had the same truck that is now 11 years old ($111 per month!), with no at fault accidents. I contacted Insurance Services of Idaho to have them run the rates again and they refused to look into better rates and do what I hired them for in the first place. I ended up going direct with another insurance company and for better or identical coverage, my rates were back down to around $50 per month. I ended up contacting Safeco directly and cancelling both my Auto & Home Policies, and 3 weeks later Insurance Services of Idaho hadn't responded to the cancellation to approve it. I had to call Safeco AGAIN and tell them that Insurance Services of Idaho was non-responsive and they were the whole reason I was cancelling both my policies. Now I might be stuck paying more on my mortgage payment because I had dual coverage and my mortgage company started paying for both because the cancellation was never approved by Insurance Services of Idaho. I had referred many people to Insurance Services of Idaho, and I was referred myself. This company has gone downhill the past 5 or 6 years. I DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone."
