"Terrible customer service! I think that your response is extremely terrible, we have proof of multiple times we called and can show on maps how many times we came to try and resolve the issues. "If I could give a zero I most definitely would! Jan of 22, myself and daughter were in an accident with the other party being at fault 100% (she ran a stop sign). We thought we were paying for insurance to help, over 1.5yrs later, we cannot register our vehicle because the at parties insurance claimed they totaled the vehicle (we never received payout). Tried to get help from our insurance company and we get, try claims, claims says try them! Lol. Nobody knows what anybody else is doing. When I call in for help, they try to talk about the injuries, I'm calling about my vehicle that has to stay parked because of registration issues. Last comment made by our insurance company, we're not the DMV! (No you're not but they can't do anything either)"

"I understand the enticement of Allstate’s humorous commercials—from their “Are you in Good Hands?” Slogan to the chaotic relatability of “Mayhem.” However, if you are contemplating whether you’d be in good hands at Tom Hefner’s office, I would strongly encourage you to find another Allstate agent, as his staff have created more headaches and problems than I could summarize in a google review. Most recently, they raised my rates on my home and car by several hundred dollars; despite no individual changes in my living circumstances or legal history. They cited “inflation”. I shopped around, and found a much better policy at several hundreds of dollars lower with American Family. I let them know, with at least 3 weeks notice before the end of my car policy, I would not be renewing, and would need my home insurance refunded. They assured me I would be sent a check, they weren’t quite sure when, but probably no later than 2 weeks after the end of the car’s policy. 2 weeks pass. No check. I reached out via email, and then phone, to speak with Tracey. My money had been refunded on the credit card I had paid with—unbeknownst to me—a credit card to an account I have closed. If they had asked, I would say, no! But they assured me I would receive a check. After numerous emails and phone calls, Tracey left me with the impression it was MY fault, even going so far as to suggest that she could not give me a refund until *I* called the bank (which no longer exists), as “I can’t reach into Tom’s pocket and pull the money out!” Well Tracey; this is my refund. I paid you for a job, and your prices were not the most competitive. Now, she refuses to give me my money back. The attitude of this office, their poor mannerism and terrible service, if you must have Allstate, choose somewhere else."
