"When I saw him in action, Jon connected very quickly with the jury and maintained that rapport! He showed that the officer testifying was probably "misremembering" what actually happened. While being gentle, Jon was able to show that the young witness had likely been coached and manipulated. He was very personable in the courtroom, but when the prosecuting attorney tried certain things, Jon stood and objected before I knew was happening and got him shut down! It was a 1-day trial and the jury was out about 18 minutes before returning with a not-guilty verdict!"
