For the second arrangement, I ordered it weeks in advance and wanted to make sure I had done everything correctly online and that it would go out on the date I had requested so I called to speak to someone. The employee I spoke to was very cheerful and extremely helpful. She let me know they had received my order and it would go out on the day I had requested. Great customer service!
