"Number one asked for no ice in my drink, and i get ice in my drink. Two the bag ripped open in my car. Three they said they couldn't accept a 50$ bill so i had to go to Jacksons and get my 50$ broke and when i got back and payed the food was cold. I would only come go to this one if the one by jack in the box is closed"

"Asked if they would take a standard subway coupon, which counterperson checked and said they would. Ordered three footlong sandwiches. At checkout, they couldn't their system to accept the coupon for some reason. Person in charge said they would only sell the sandwiches at full price (double the coupon price) since their system wasn't accepting the coupon. Decided not to make the purchase."

"I didn't know you can mess up a subway sandwich but poor customer service and snarky employees do. On top of making a sandwich really sloppy. Standing for 5 minutes without even being acknowledged was uncomfortable. We understood there was a drive through order but at least greet or handsignal/mouth you will help in a minute. It was irritating. On top of that. I ordered 2 of the same sandwich and they use the foot long sandwich I mentioned they are separate and I got a haughty "I heard you- we will cut them at the end". In the same breath they wrapped them together after getting toppings on it. Subtle hints are not received and I am not a brash individual when people are so snarky and rude. I was still nice and everything. It is just who I am but it was very disheartening. We also witnessed an individual handle money and then not wash hands before handling food. I worked at a Subway as a youth- this isn't an acceptable practice. Not all Subways are created equal."
