Razorback Offroad

"I purchased a custom rack from Razorback off road. They were given my make, model and year of my Polaris General to insure that their products would fit. After receiving a stock tire for my General I learned that the parts they sold me will not fit with my spare (stock) tire. I have contacted RBO and requested the right rack and agreed to pay the difference but they refused due to their 30 day policy. RBO suggested I sell the items online and purchase a new one from them. RBO is selling products to consumers and disregarding if their products will actually fit the specifications of one’s side by side. I recommend that when buying products for ones ATV to buy from alternate source especially if you are spending thousands of dollars. I definitely regret doing business with them."

"Bought a new General and found RBO"s glass front fold down windshield online. Lucked out and found they were 30 mile's away. Ordered the windshield and picked up the wndow at their store. What a cool place. Best customer service I have ever seen and best products made. Check em out. You won't regret it."

"I rarely take the time to submit reviews these days, however, I'd like to share my experience and the superior quality of the product as well as the top-notch service. I recently purchased a Polaris RZR 900 FOX Edition. As we are planning to use this for trail riding and overnight camping, as well as carrying our large breed dog with us, we were looking for a system that would work with our plans . In doing our research, we came across the RBO Expedition Rack with the "It Fits" mounts and Ruff Rider padded heat shield. From the beginning, RBO customer service (via email) was very responsive, clear, and helpful. After making our order online, we had the kit by the end of the week. The packing was the best I've seen - foam molded and everything arrived in perfect condition. Now for the welds, quality, and workmanship - simply amazing. It took a couple of hours to put everything together and the instructions were easy to follow. We're really happy with the functionality and ease of use with the system and encourage others to strongly consider Razorback Offroad for your next offroad purchase!"
