"Avoid this NAPA if at all possible. Maybe if The big guy upfront discriminated against his food as he does the people walking into this location he wouldn't need to wear sweatpants to work. It is apparent that the staff with a collective age of at least 180 years between the three of them cater primarily to other elderly folks especially if they are of Caucasian descent. Two time's have I gone in alone and left dissatisfied and upset. The first time was Fall of 2022. On this occasion I walked into a cheerful conversation with two associates helping two individuals. As I approached the counters all four people went completely silent, I stood watching the clock for 10 minutes in dead silence with no greeting much less any acknowledgement from the staff. After standing there for 10 minutes I left frustrated. I let that first incident slide thinking perhaps they were having a bad day and left alone. However, due to my recent visit on 10/23/2023 I have confirmed it was not an isolated event and this location has a serious problem with treating people well especially if they have any ethnicity to their looks. I walked in to return a small motor that I had Purchased in Boise, due to the distance I figured it would be more convenient to return it to my local NAPA in Mountain Home I quickly discovered this was not the case. I was the first person in the store with no other customers present. Joe was on the phone dealing with a customer so I approached the desk and set my part down. Several minutes go by and customers began to populate the lobby. So The bigger guys older female coworker eventually came to the front. She took a look at me and instantly started helping the elderly man sitting at the desk. I figured it was due to his age that she helped in which I had no issue with due to the fact I try to respect my elders. After she helped the elderly man she proceeded to help three other customers after him and I still was not even greeted with so much as a hello. At this point The bigger guy finally finishes his phone call with a customer, grabs my receipt and I explained nI needed to return the part due to the error. The bigger guy instantly reads the receipt and pipes off with "he's probably not going to do this " points at the receipt after he slapped it down saying "this isn't even us so chances are he's not going to do it" then The bigger guy barks "next!" and proceeded to help two other customers before he approached what I assume is the owner. He shows this same person the part and looks at me, then The bigger guy walked up to me points out the door and said "you're going to have to return this to Boise, we don't even stock that part here". Mind you this is a NAPA part from a store in Boise, so essentially they don't care about brand integrity they care only if that franchise store has the part or not. No matter who you are or what you look like this is extremely unprofessional and discourteous and therefore deserves the same in return. NAPA parts are overpriced and they don't even price match competitors with similar products, how NAPA is still in business is beyond me. It is clear they do not have the know-how to treat customers right or price their parts accordingly."

"So I don't know how to say this nicely so I will just be blunt. I asked your company to order me antifreeze for my audi, which is made a Germany a European country, upon arriving to pick up my order I realize the antifreeze the employee brought up was for Asian cars. So I politely asked the clerk of he was sure he grabbed the right order and I explained that I had an Audi to which he responded " you have an audi a German car and I said yes and he said yeah thats an Asian car. Being completely dumbfounded at the employees response I just paid and left. Sorry but I think your employees need a slight geography lesson. I got the product I needed from another company and will be returning the antifreeze I purchased as it is not the proper one for my car."

"Was wanting to go here but when I called in to inquire about the price of a specific brand, the lady was very rude and stated yeah its expensive instead of giving me the price and when I proceeded to ask the price she continued being rude and then hung up on me when I was saying thank you. Good way to drive business to the other parts stores in town. Being kind goes a long way and can make or break a business but it's apparent Napa Auto Parts doesn't care."
