"Every time I have gone to roxberry recently my order has been wrong. Doesn’t matter if I order in person or mobile order it. On a side note, today I ordered online (classic acaí bowl.) They’re testing a new recipe, but it doesn’t say anywhere on the website that they are. So when I picked it up and drove all the way home, that’s when I saw it was different. I called the nampa store to see if I could exchange it bc they’re not testing a new recipe and they told me no. I would’ve just ate it but the new recipe is disgusting. $14 dollars wasted."

"UPDATE: The owner reached out almost immediately after I posted my review and took the criticism professionally. He took the issue up with his employees and resolved our negative experience. Thank you! Usually love this place. Went into tonight, Google says they close at 9. At 8:30 they flipped the lights off…inside…while we were sitting a table and had just received our smoothies. I asked if they were closing early. “No, we’re only open until 9 on the weekends.” Ok great, but turning your lobby lights off on customers is pretty tacky. These kids need to be taught to announce that they are closing in a professional way. On top of the less than stellar service, the smoothies were watery and hardly tasted like anything but milk and ice. I come to this location multiple times a month and always get the açaí smart blend and love it. I’ve never had an issue with the quality of the smoothie until tonight. A waste of $8."

"Their new organic, authentic Brazilian Acai bowls are so good you'll make it a regular breakfast or treat!!! The original is super tasty, I really like that one for breakfast. The new sweet bowl is amazing but probably better for a treat/dessert."

"Great menu selection, friendly employees, and a fun atmosphere! The staff seems to work very hard, and while the wait can get a little long during a rush, it’s never because they are just standing around. (If you don’t have the time or desire to wait a few extra minutes during those busy periods, they also offer mobile/online ordering.) In short, my kids and I love stopping by this location for a “treat” every now and then!"
