Papa Johns Pizza

"I placed an Online order for 6:00 pm Friday delivery. I received email confirmation. At 6:15 pm I called restaurant asking where my delivery was. She said that they just finished it up and would be out right. It arrived at 6:30. The box was totally cold. I opened the box to find that the pizza was overdone - the cheese was very brown and the toppings were skimpy. To top it off the pizza was cold and uncut. It was terrible. Also the garlic dipping sauce was beginning to congeal because it was cold. Because I was now under a time crunch because of a 7:00 appointment, I did not call the restaurant to complain and ask for my money back but I’ll never order from this branch of the restaurant again!"

"I came to the store around 3.48pm on 1/26 there was a heavier guy working on the cashier. I asked him to pick up an order. He was very rude and aggressive and didn’t even help me. He was just looking at me and said to me we do not have your order I was like yeah you do. He’s like OK well are you gonna have to wait 25 minutes and walked away so I left the store and went somewhere else"

"I've tried many pizza places around Boise area and this eagle location is always in my top 3 places to go to. They nail it almost every time with sauce and cheese ratio. I've only ever had one mistake on about 10+ orders total now. The epic stuffed crust with garlic sauce is great also. This is by far the best major chain pizza for a good basic pizza like pepperoni, cheese, or salami. If you want a complex pizza, sour dough pizza, or cheese sticks there are few better choices in town like guidos, red bench, and alpine pizza."

"I've ordered here twice, and both times I experienced a VERY long wait for my pizza. I ordered tonight, and waited 2 hours. I was delivered old and cold pizza.. again..don't order here is you want fresh pizza delivered in a timely manner."

"Spicy garlic stuffed crust is amazing. Never take it off the menu. Had 2 sauce cups that were crammed inside the pizza box and burst/leaked. If that didn’t happen it would have been 5 stars. Overall 4/5 this time. Love me some Papa John’s every now and then."
