"We eat here often when in town for family events. We always have a large group (yesterday it was 11) and kudos to the Rib Shack as their staff is always so welcoming and accommodating. The bbq and food is of course so delicious too. We keep coming back as everyone one of all generations enjoys it and has a good time. Thank you Rib Shack!"

"Went to dinner with our friends for dinner and ordered the Trash Can, which came with burnt ends, brisket, turkey, pulled pork, and ribs. The food was good, but some were dry/over cooked. We chose the dirty rice - spicy but good, macaroni and cheese, and something else. I also ordered a side of wings, which were good, but when the server delivered them he dropped one on my lap then hit the floor. I didn't receive any ranch/blue cheese/or celery with the order."

"I went to the Rib Shack at the end of August 2023. Ordered the Poutine for $13 and received 8 fries with a small amount of gravy. When I asked to confirm this was really the order. The server rudely replied that it is a half pound of fries. It clearly was not. She refused to do anything further. When I got back to my office I took a minute to contact the Rib Shack through their website and got no response. The attached picture is what I received before eating any of the food. I have eaten at Rib Shack many times over the years as my office is just down the street. Over the past several months the quality and quantity of food seems greatly diminished. Unfortunately the Rib Shack isn't what it once was."

"This review is for the food truck at Green Acre’s Food Truck Park, not the restaurant’s main location in Eagle. I’ve eaten from Rib Shack numerous times and never been disappointed. Today, I tried the phenomenal Tri-Tip Nachos ($13.00). OMG these are absolutely, insanely good that the only reject I have is ordering one to share instead of just for me. The meat is deliciously tender and smooth, literally melt in your own like butter. The chips used were thick cut, well seasoned BBQ chips. They did go heavy on the beer cheese, thank you very much! I wish they weren’t so stingy on the caramelized onions and jalapeños. I recommend asking for extra if you like any of those. But regardless, these were some heckin’ amazing’ nachos. Rib Shack really be the GOAT."

"I ordered the Shack meal. It included Baby Back Ribs, Smoked Turkey, Pulled Pork and 2 sides. It also included 2 massive slices of bread and 5 pickle spears. The Ribs were amazing. The seasoning rub was very good and somewhat spicy. The smoke flavor was the best I've ever had. The Smoked Turkey was very tender and had great flavor. The Pulled Pork was a little dry but had great flavor. I really liked it with the South sauce. The sides were fries and baked beans. The fries were good but a little to salty. The baked beans were delicious. They were full of smoked meat. I will definitely be back."
