Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican

"A very chill place to get some Mex. food. It the place reminds me of Chipotle / Baja Fresh. The personnel prepare your dish in front of you. You get to pick your protein and ancillary items. I choose the Barbacoa meat having never tried it before. Now I know what it is. The taste and consistency was good. The salsa was exceptional. The portion size is on par with the other chaim restaurants - PLENTY ! The restaurant was clean and tidy. The service personnel were friendly and courteous. I liked the fact that the place had a couple of tables off to the side that could accomodate 8 -10 people. Very large and comfy. Those tables were in a knook type setting so any conversation would not disrupt the other patrons. All in all, a convenient place to get some grub and hang out for a while."

"Staff was cordial and friendly. Passed out a sample of new spiced veggies. Made the dishes exactly right. Preparation was efficient. Andrew at the register was pleasent and helpful to get my app scanned for credit. Had pork nachos and pork quesidilla. Food taste was excellent."

"Been here a few times. Messed up an order once. Next time took 20 minutes more than stated pickup time. Straw that breaks camels back is today. Sent son to pickup order. They said “I’m sorry we’re all out of sauces (tomatillo ranch , etc) for salads. No salad dressing for the salads!!!?? If I’d picked up I’d refuse order and ask for refund. Seriously!!?? THE key ingredient of the salad. Unbelievable. Never going back to this cafe rio. In fact— done with cafe rio. Too expensive. Now no quality. I’m out. —- Follow up. Tried to call store got corporate customer service. They refunded 50% of order price for our inconvenience. I related issues I’ve had specifically with that Eagle location. They will get a regional coach to work with and try to rectify issues. Kudos to corporate for caring and trying to improve."

"Cafe rio is one of our favorite places to go. This location was clean and new. Staff was friendly. The food was good, but not as good as other cafe rio locations. The rice wasn’t cooked completely but we still enjoyed it. 8/10"

"The food was okay. My Taco salad looked better then it tasted. My hubby enjoyed his meal. Our waitress was really nice. The restaurant was clean. We will come back."
