"No matter how many times we try, they give us our neighbors’ mail on a regular basis. We have had bills, medications in our mail box and they belong to various people that live around us. It must be really hard to read the addresses and put the right mail in the right box. And DON’T try and call- unless you want a ridiculously frustrating experience. They design the phone system to make you angry enough to hang up."

"1 star for the Star USPS. EDIT: 09/15/2023 Today again, USPS left my package worth $275.00 in someone else's parcel locker and I have no idea why they keep doing this. The incompetence at this location is incredible. Just last week, I had received someone else's package in my parcel locker and had to drive down to this post office to return it so they can deliver it to the intended person. Their locker keys won't work (EDIT: Carrier left the wrong lockbox key in the mailbox), and they delivered someone else's package to my mailbox for the second time under 2 weeks. Of course, I did not find my own package in my mailbox those two consecutive times. For a basic postal service, this is abysmal. I will edit the review if something changes or the service improves. Nothing personal here."

"Arrived at the post office at 4:50pm. Left work early to make the posted hours. After entering the lobby I was rudely met by the postmaster who sternly said, “This is the end of the line, I’m “calling” it.” A gentleman arrived after me, was treated the same. He simply needed a stamp. Was told no. A kind lady in line had a spare to share. The postmaster at this location is often rude, but to be this unpleasant at Christmas time is awful. I did make a call and inquired about his behavior, he said he can absolutely “call it,” and close when he feels the line might go beyond working past 5pm. Here’s my take: why didn’t he jump behind the counter and help move the line versus man the door and send a few last customers away? Too bad he’s the one “in charge” at this location. "As for the actual office, it is a typical small town post office. It is easy to get in & out & the staff has always been friendly. However, they do not have self service stamp machines like larger offices. It's not a big deal, but you have to purchase stamps at the counter, so you may have to wait in line & you can't purchase them after hours. As for my mail carrier, she is a dream. Right after I moved in, she was delivering A LOT of Amazon packages daily. I always met her outside my door & apologized. She introduced herself & said it was no problem. The complaints about having to purchase items for mailing are USPS policy and are nothing I haven't experienced at other offices. You can't blame the employees for that."

"This is the WORST post office! The postmaster/manager is so rude and unpleasant beyond words!! I went in there to drop off a package and simply needed a tracking receipt. I was very pleasant to him and he was shaking his head in a negative manner as if how dare he help me and barely said one word to me. I thanked him despite the poor treatment and he muttered some hmmmhmmm. I will go to the Eagle post office for better service and treatment. Unbelievable that jerks like him have a job!!"
