"The food is always fresh and warm when I get it. The employees are very professional and nice. I almost always have to pull forward in the drive-through because the food isn't ready. I guess that's the price you pay for hot food!"

"If I could leave no stars, I would. We stopped here on the way home from a wrestling tournament so I have very hungry kiddos. When we got to the window to pay, the girl did not say a word to us. She handed us our card back and closed the window. We weren’t told which window to pull up to. We sat at window 1 for a few minutes before we pulled up to window 2. Soon after that, a line started behind us. We waited 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us and gave us our food. I expected my food to be pretty hot considering we sat and waited so long, I thought they were having to make everything fresh. To my surprise, my food was lukewarm at best. Do better McDonald’s! Definitely will make sure my family and I eat before we come to Star again."

"Unbelievable not one person will talk to you or even acknowledge your there after sitting at the cash register for almost 5 minutes, a lady that worked there made eye contact and just walks to the back. You don’t expect a lot from here but that was way below average. I get you have kiosks now to order food but that doesn’t mean there is now 0 customer interaction or service that needs to be had."

"Had a meeting, needed wifi. Ran in, they had power at almost every table. Even though I had not ordered the manager came over and told me how I could lower the shades so I could see my screen better. Wonderful people. Great service when I did order a drink after my meeting."

"Ordered two cheeseburgers and.... well didn't get the burgers. Just some cheese on the bun. Not sure how you manager to forget the burgers for the burger but somehow it happened. Also picked up a quarter pounder for my husband and there was a lot of pink inside still. Not really impressed."
