"The atmosphere is so awkward. Nobody said a word when me and my sister walked in. We were just stared at until we knew what we wanted and even then they didn't even tell us the different types of bread they had, they just assumed we wanted white. Then after ordering they just stared at is until we asked what we were supposed to do next. They then proceeded to charge me for our food before it was even done, without asking if we wanted extras. I told the girl working that I wanted bacon and she said it was an extra charge and proceeded to make me pay again."

"Great place. We stopped by during lunch, not surprised there was a line, but we got through surprisingly quickly. We had the Parmesan bread. Very good. SO much better than that other sub--- store. AND they give veteran discount. Sub--- does not. Guess what is my new Star sandwich shop?"

"if I am paying 16$ for a sub I expect it to be decent. Waited 30 mins for a hot sub just for it to be cold and the bread to be soggy. Will not be coming back."

"Waited 25-30 minutes for my hot sandwich to go. I watched 12 people who were behind me get their sandwiches, sit down, eat, and leave. Once I did finally get my sandwich, it was the wrong bread"
