"I like these folks and used them for about a year. They have two main problems: communication and FEES. I didn't understand some of the accounting advice I was given, and it was like pulling teeth to get answers at tax time. Then when their invoice came, I was shocked. They charged me almost 5x what our former bookkeeper charged for doing our taxes. It was unreasonably high—I could have bought a small European country for that.
