"The absolute most awful insurance to ever have existed. I don’t know if it’s just this office or the entirety of Farm Bureau. They have never once successfully completed a document of ours without wrong information, over-billing, double-billing, listing entirely wrong people on the policy , suddenly dropping vehicles without notice, and countless other mistakes. When our agent left for college we weren’t notified until over half a year later we had a new agent who wouldn’t take calls at all. For any reason do not use the Sandpoint office if you choice this company."
