"We were selling a property as part of an estate. The title company was provided with our probate attorney's contact information so that they could request the necessary documents for titling. Well 5 weeks went by and my attorney was never contacted until the day of closing, at 3 pm. This was after my realtor twice requested they contact the attorney. We were then rushing around to get the paperwork done for them at a cost of $275/hr for my attorney. When I asked why it was never done I was told that it's really busy and they were rushing to get things done. They also messed up the closing sheet 3 times and didn't even include realtor commissions on the initial closing. They had the realtor fees wrong, which would've cost me an additional $2900! The buyer was paying cash and was told at 1pm on the day of closing that they didn't know how much money he needed to bring with him. Worst closing I've ever been involved in, at a lot of expense to myself. I got an apology and an excuse. They conducted business as if they had never done a closing before. My realtor is never using this company again, nor am I."
