"Total disappointment! Complete waste of time... If you just need a referral for something, then go ahead and choose Dr. Greene. But don't expect ANYTHING more. If you want a doctor to actually care about your health and well-being, or a doctor who will help you address your medical needs and to help you get better...I would ABSOLUTELY recommend going somewhere else...ANYWHERE else. Dr. Greene shows no empathy for people who trust her to help them to get well. She will tell you one thing, and then after you jump through all the hoops and waste a bunch of your time taking tests and running around being pawned off from one referral to another, that's when she will go back on her word and leave you in pain, and offer no real solutions as to fixing your injuries, or make a plan to help you address your medical needs in any way. I wish I could give this joke of a practice a NEGATIVE 5 STAR RATING! I have never been so disappointed in a "doctor" in my entire life!"

Unfortunately, Kooteni Health had such a communication breakdown that after waiting a month for an initial appointment, Ms. Greene, was not able to provide treatment for my specific needs even after I was directed to her. I encourage anyone to be your own strong advocate when dealing with this clinic's referral and appointment process."
