"She did not offer me a positive experience. She continued to call me Ma'am during sessions in possibly the most condescending tone i have ever been spoken to, and talking endlessly about talking to an imaginary point in an extremely disorganized office. She also spent the majority of sessions sitting in silence, it was uncomfortable and off putting. She also required that I be seated next to my then husband, when I had clearly written on forms for her that I did not feel safe with in, nor in my home. It has actually been one of the most disturbing experiences in my life, that a woman who is supposed to be a safe haven, and a mediator, help to create an environment where someone got really hurt."
