"Went for DOT physical. Appointment was 1:30 but wanted me there at 1 to fill out paper work filled out paper work and proceeded to wait another hour before being called back. Weighed and urine tested and vtals taken (5min) then waited another 15 to 20 minutes before they came in for the physical. (Mind you the walls are paper thin and you can hear all conversations about everything but medical then they state they need to get done and show up in your room.) Physical took less than 10 minutes but no apologies for the long wait or why. I guess your time is not as important as the latest gossip."

"I am extremely disappointed in my 1st experience with this office. We had an appointment at 10:15 with Laura Kane. We arrived, as instructed, at 10:00am, 15 minutes early. Around 10:45-11:00am we were brought out of the waiting room to an office and had my son’s height/weight and vitals checked, along with questions regarding why we were being seen. At 11:45 I left the room to ask when we’d be seen and was then informed they were short staffed with only one nurse working. We chose to leave and we’re treated like we were the ones being unreasonable. There are signs ALL OVER this office that state if you’re more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be rescheduled, and if you’re a no-show you’ll be charged $25. That payment is due before services are rendered. I wish they were as concerned about how much of my time was being wasted, how much school my child was missing as they are with posting signs all over their office about their time. I’m curious to see if they will attempt to process my $30 check for my co-pay and bill my insurance company and for what, as we were never seen."

"When I went there my doctor was Heidi Riley she's a very good nurses practitioner she listens to her patients. When getting new medicine she explaine it in a way that u understand it"
