"Pharmacist told me she would CALL in 15 mins IF my doctors office didn't send it over and get a VERBAL AUTHORIZATION.I don't live in liberal. So I wait 45 mins went back and was told THEY sent A Fax over but haven't heard anything by this time my doctor's office was closed. I told the office I called the pharmacy an hour before my appointment with the doctor for a refill. My doctor wrote a script for 60 days but because it's a controlled substance they can only fill 30 at a time........ I get this but you have an OK FROM THE DOCTOR FOR 60 DAYS! SHE CONTINUED TO TELL ME THIS OVER AN OVER. BUT I WAITED AN HOUR AND HAD TO DRIVE AN HOUR BACK HOME ALREADY. ALLLLSOOO GAS ISNT CHEAP SOOOOOOO I HAVE TO GO BACK AGAIN AN HOPE I DONT WAIT HOURS. ID GIVE A NO STAR IF I COULD. DONT TELL SOMEONE YOU WILL DO SOMETHING AND THEN YOU DONT."

"It takes to long i have been there and they told me that in 30 minutes my medicine would be ready and i went after 30 minutes and they told me that i needed to wait 20 more minutes and they sometime have attitude but the good thing is that they do explain well and how to take it and the side effects."
