"I had time to sit down in the waiting room just long enough to hear my name being called back to a room. I went because a drill bit broke and cut my finger. 3 X-rays and 8 stitches took less then an hour."

"Thanksgiving, 2023, there was an accident at my house hold. My dad accidentally knocked my head in with a broom. So we head into the emergency room and what not, and all the nurses and secretaries were very kind, and that’s why I’m giving this 3 stars. But the doctor was very inappropriate and rude. I’m a 14 year old girl, I was very stressed and scared and he made it so much worse. He painfully forced my eye open (it was very swollen) which, I can over look, it wasn’t that bad. But it’s what he said, he said “you’re fine just open it” LIKE ITS SWOLLEN SHUT?! And then he started his questions, “How did this happen?” So I started with the story, and I was laughing because, I WAS HIT IN THE HEAD WITH A BROOM. And he was like “stop laughing, it isn’t funny.” IM 14. IM A CHILD, LAUGHING MAKES US FEEL BETTER. And then he was like “this is domestic abuse” like, no, it’s not, but I understand you have to treat it like it. BUT DONT TELL ME? IM ALREADY FREAKING OUT. WHY WOULD YOU TELL ME THAT, AND YOU DIDNT EVEN KNOW THE STORY. But the rest of my visit was nice, the staff was kind and so were the police. I understand that it was late on thanksgiving, but really tho, have some kindness. I ended up with a broken nose. Happy thanksgiving!"

"My mom was in the hospital after knee surgery. She would call because she needed help or pain meds and it would take them over an hour to get her anything. I will never go there for anything after this. The doctors would good but the staff nope not pleased with them"

"Doctors seem okay. The staff though are judging, nonconsiderate, never call or update family, ignore patients, try to push other medication on paitent even when it wasn't doctors orders. Push IV medications fast when your with certain medication need to be pushed slow."

"ZERO stars should exist solely to rate this place. I paid off my account months ago. Now I got turned over to debt collecting agency. It’s nearly impossible to get to the bottom of why. But basically what happened is I was told incorrectly what my balance was but I paid off that amount now somehow after several months my payment is floating around as “credit” never applied to my balance and leaving me with a balance that is turned into collections and I now have to pay the interest on. But they can’t take it off because it still is somehow on me. Explain to me how that works?!"
