When my legal assistant told her that I only practiced law in Idaho and could not give her legal advice on her Oregon work comp claim, she became abusive and hung up on my assistant. My rejection of her case had nothing to do with money. She called an Idaho lawyer asking for advice in an Oregon work comp case. In the time she wasted posting a false review, she could have called an Oregon work comp attorney and obtained meaningful advice about her case."
