"I went to the Saint Als ER in Eagle and was admitted to the Curtis hospital due to kidney failure. Since I was at the stand alone ER I had to be transported via ambulance. I don’t remember much about that night other than Wes riding in the ambulance with me. He was so kind and caring. He explained how dialysis worked because I potentially needed it and I had lots of questions about it. Him and his partner (I can’t remember her name) were both super professional. I appreciate their kindness and compassion so much! I was scared as I was literally knocking on deaths door - and they made a traumatic situation tolerable. I can’t thank them enough and if ever I need emergency transportation again - I will request them."

"Wes and Bryan of Acute Rescue and Transport transferred my dad from an acute long term care facility to St. Luke's in Boise for a CT scan of his leg. Our family was terrified when we saw the blue and mottled leg and we knew then that the leg would be taken. I was even more terrified though, that I would lose my dad. Wes assured us that they would stay with my dad until they had CT results and came out to the waiting room multiple times to update us. When it was determined my dad would be admitted to the hospital through the E.R., Wes took care of the paperwork and he and Bryan waited with us until he had a bed. Their calm presence, compassionate hearts, and professionalism provided much- needed comfort. Their kindness and professionalism will always be remembered. I highly recommend this transport company."
