Leonard's Express Caldwell Terminal

"A gas station has more amenities than a home terminal for us driver's. How do you NOT have a RESTROOM or shower for driver's after hours! Everyone is always knocking on your door telling you to moveno matter where you park. Even after you have move to where someone else told you to park!..."

"Leonards is now not calling their local drivers in for load delivery. In 2 weeks, 2 deliveries. What's up? Not even a phone call from dispatch or the head office. Just a dump. Since they took over Holman, this company h!s gone down hill and employee treatment is the pits."

"Never had an Issue with Leonard's Express, but we did run a load with Elmer that we didn't get fairly compensated. Delivery took 7 hours to unload until midnight. There was a pallet overage that they requested us to wait till morning and to keep the reefer running until further instructions. Our different truck was sent to redeliver this pallet upon request to a different location that next day, and Elmer just compensated us $100 (detention, layover, and additional delivery) and said that's all he can do for us."

"Ive been working here as a Class A driver for a little over a year. Zero issues or complaints. Love this place. My Dispatcher Mike and our repair shop are top notch. It doesn’t get any better in the trucking industry as a company driver. If you want to drive truck, I recommend working here. Very flexible Hometime good pay and benefits. In the trucking industry, sometimes things happen beyond any of our control that is part of the Trucking life. Nothing is perfect in life. Like I said doesn’t get any better."
