"Came in on Saturday around 7:30. They were super busy. The customer service was awesome even was the craziness. The store looked clean from what I saw."

"They skimp big time on the meat. Had a double order of mushroom chicken and got 5 small pieces of chicken in it. This place is lame and has really changed. If you're a vegetarian then this place is for you, but if you want meat or chicken with your food don't go here cause you will get nothing with your order."

"The staff at this particular Panda Express restaurant were very rude and quite incompetent. I was handed two wrong orders before they gave me the correct order. The staff wouldn’t let me add things to my order that didn’t go through on the mobile app where I had ordered and were extremely rude when I asked questions about it and about the app. The staff also had my meal prepared and after waiting for 20 minutes, and receiving the wrong order twice I finally got my meal and once I started eating it, it was cold and they wouldn’t give me fresh food after. Above all the staff were horrible and I won’t be going to this store ever again."

"I'm so glad I don't live in town and never have to go to this Panda Express again. I online ordered one bowl and it was due to be ready at 7:20pm. I showed up a few minutes after this time, which is not their problem. I assume it will be ready, but cold if anything. (I have kids and everything takes a few extra minutes.) I walk up to the register and can't even get EYE CONTACT for minutes. I ask if my order is ready, tell her my name, and she says she'll check. She never checks and continues checking out others. She gives my 2-year-old a fortune cookie and says to be good for mommy. A few minutes go by, and I ask again. I'm told there isn't any Orange Chicken, but I can see orange chicken being served. About 10 more minutes go by, and I ask someone else if they can please check to see if my order that was now due to be ready 30 minutes ago is ready. Once again told that there is no orange chicken available. My receipt says my food was ready at 7:47pm but I wasn't handed my order until 7:56pm. I have complete understanding of when places are busy, but the lack of communication just seemed very rude."
