"This class was great! I took the 2 week daytime class via Zoom. The instructors, Jim, Adam, and Mike were all super personable and knowledgeable. Emily, who runs the administrative side of things was also very friendly and helpful. The instructors applied a lot of their personal experiences from being in the industry for a long time to their teaching, and I found it really helpful not just for passing tests, but for going forward in my real estate career. They made the information easy to retain. I was able to pass both class exams with flying colors, and I’m confident that they’ve provided me with the knowledge and tools I need to pass the licensing exam. As an added bonus, they have a lot of other industry professionals come in and talk to the class so you can explore some brokerage options and other resources. If you’re intimidated by the long stretches of teaching, just know they’re also very generous with breaks and it was completely doable, even for someone like me who hasn’t worked a 9-5 in years.
