"Worst experience from a supposed professional I have ever experienced. On contacting Angela Marshall she answered phone promptly and we set up meeting. That was the last time she ever answered my phone calls despite repeated calls. At meeting she stated she would submit documents to court the following Monday. I waited 10 days and heard nothing. Tried calling and left message. No return call. Emailed her and she replied she had an emergency and would get on it the next day. Week passes no follow up and no follow up email and not answering phone. Emailed again and she replied in similar fashion and said she would get on it the next day. Once again heard nothing for 1 week. Emailed again and she said same thing and that she would take care of it the next day. Once again nothing. Emailed and no reply . Got sick and tired so called her repeatedly. Finally got an email from assistant who said same thing. "we are so busy but will get on it next week. If you would like we can refund your money in full" . I advised I would like refund right away. I had paid via credit card which she managed to charge within 5 minutes of me leaving her office. When asking for refund I gave them 2 days to make refund . Four days later nothing. Finally had to dispute charge with my credit card company. In addition to all of the above I never received any type of retainer agreement from Angela. I do not believe this is how a lawyer is supposed to conduct herself. It would be one thing if Angela had told me in beginning it would take 2 months for her to get to but she said she could knock it out quickly. Then she stops all communication and when answering my emails (never did she contact me if I did not email her) promises to get on it the next day. This happens multiple times. Shockingly poor communication !"
