"I called a cab to bring me to pick up my vehicle, the lady said 20 minutes. I waited for 45 minutes no one showed up This was at 2:23 PM and finally had to call someone to get me. The lady called me to let me know she had finally showed up at 3:15. This is not the first time I have had an issue and this will be the last time I use you!"
