"Honestly the worst bank I’ve ever banked with. Mobile deposits take days to complete, where as other banks deposit same day. Customer service rep Jeanie does not have any customer service skills and is extremely snarky. Didn’t make closing my account easy. Go to STCU if you’re going to bank at a credit union in Spokane."

Guy on the phone said they can't do that "but, I can send you a form". Really? Get with technology, HCU!!!
