"The previous renter of the apartment l am in must have had a dog as after being in the apartment for about 4 months it began to smell like a dog.....really bad. I wasn't complaining to the manager but rather just mentioned to her that the apartment was smelling like a dog. She didn't hesitate, she immediately scheduled a cleaning service to come in and shampoo the carpet. Within a couple of days of my merely mentioning the carpet in my apartment was smelling like a dog the manager had a cleaning service come in and shampoo the carpet. The smell is now completely gone and the apartment has a nice, fresh smell to it. Amazing!! The apartment manager showed a real concern for her tenants and wasted no time in taking care of a problem. I am really glad l chose this complex to rent from as how the manager handled this situation, in my opinion, goes far and beyond what most any other complex would have done. If you are considering renting an apartment in East Wichita, you would do well to rent from this complex."

"I lived here for about a year, and had a great experience. Living space was large, and spacious for one person. Amenities were up to date, clean, and clear as it was advertised. Parking was never an issue. Josh and the rest of the staff makes the apartment complex very enjoyable. From early before moving in to all the way moving out, he was very responsive and would always follow up on issues. Maintenance requests were always responded very quickly. I had a great experience this year, and recommend considering this place!"
