"I have been here two weeks and they have been wonderful my room was nice and clean and they even accommodated our fridge (it was frozen over) bought us a brand new one they are very nice people i will definitely stay here again if needed too !"

"The smoke alarm was coming off a little. Bathtub handle made it hard to get the water turned on. The balconies brow connected to the same hallway which was nice for the conference room but not so much for hotel rooms and you couldn't see outside. That being said everything else was very friendly but when our mini fridge work. Everything else was cleaning the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The clerk got distracted by being scared of dogs and didn't ask us what kind of coffee you want to replace the room but he was friendly"

"Third time here. Beds are comfy. Rooms are pretty good size. The shower isn't great but it isn't terrible either. Pool and hot tub are out of order this visit. Hopefully they are working on it for our next stay."

"Stayed here for 2 weeks. Room is good, but need to improve the cleaning service..I often found hair on the shower wall and on the bed sheets. Microwave is not cleaned properly, found food residue when I use the microwave. TV and refrigerator were not working, sink was clogged. Called the front desk and the handyman repaired it all right away."

"No ventilation in the bathroom so the walls are peeling. Plus the toilet seat was not even on the toilet fully. The beds were super hard and not comfortable at all. The front desk helped a good amount thus the 2 stars. The location is the only really great thing about it. Close to a lot of stuff and the airport. Plus the shuttle service was good."
