"The National is an amazing place to call home. The location is great, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, the river walk, and parks. The newly renovated building is very safe and offers a number of top notch amenities like a 2nd floor pool, 4th floor deck, and a doggie park to just mention a few. The owners and Maegan, the property manager, are the best and really know their stuff. They are always available, keep the building well maintained, and host the coolest resident events. If you are looking for downtown living I highly recommend The National, it has it all."

"I love the people I met here & the living space. Party’s for the residents , 2nd deck & 4th deck popping. Lot of cameras can’t have any privacy but I just feel the owners of this building are racist I’m a black man in America they were watching me hard . I got in trouble for smoking on the deck and the apartment manager said I was ok smoking on the deck. I can be back for the penthouse tho when that gets finished lol . I am a young photographer & videographer and if your one the space is perfect for creatives. but just know when you’re moving in to a place like that stay on your ps & qs, especially if you look like me ."

"The National is truly one of the best living environments in Wichita. The modern architectural design and amenities live up to the luxury title. The location is unmatched, being that it's within walking distance of both Delano, Old Town, and the river walk. The floor layouts are great and are supported by many fantastic amenities. Maegan and her staff run a tight ship by making sure the property is kept very clean, odor free, and well maintained overall and by strictly enforcing the no smoking policy. The staff makes a concerted effort to know the tenants on a first name basis. They frequently host fun events for the tenants that promotes community engagement. If you are considering a high end apartment in Wichita, make sure this is at the top of your list of places to tour."

"I was looking around for a place to live for a while before I came across the National. After my first visit I was hooked, the staff in the main office are some of the coolest and most down to earth people and not to mention that our apartment is really spacious for being located downtown. We absolutely love it here and couldn't imagine living elsewhere. I cannot wait for the Commerce Club to be open so I can have a space down there. Speaking of the lower level I heard that there will be a gym, sauna yoga studio, and a golf simulator opening soon?!?! That will be so amazing to have here so I don't have to leave the apartment when I want to use those amenities. If you are thinking about living here I would highly recommend it."

"I moved to Wichita for work two months ago and had just one week to find a place to stay. After checking out six other apartment complexes and almost losing hope, I stumbled upon this place by chance. After getting a tour, I signed the lease for the 1A floor plan on the spot. I love the location, the design of the common spaces, as well as the apartment itself. The pricing is SUPER reasonable, especially when compared to other places nearby. The staff, particularly Maegan, is probably the hardest-working leasing manager I have ever encountered in my life. She has everything under control and is really easy to reach if I have any concerns. She makes things happen. I assume it will only get better once the common spaces are finished. But as long as I live in Wichita and The National keeps up this standard, I have absolutely no reason to sign a lease with any other apartment complex."
