"It's now called Sandstone Currently they don't answer their phone, they used to be a little bit better at this but their office manager has change. They claim that the office manager is the only manager that you can speak with. The neighborhood is not very safe at night and they don't have security. So if you get any packages delivered to the office they don't tell you you have to just track it down. Don't let a new name fool you."

"I currently live at Eastwood. I have lived here for 5 years. Most of it has been good. SALLY the manager that I signed my contract with was tough and the contract conveyed that. That is what is needed for these Apartments. The last 2 years my apartment has had leeks. These things happen, but they should not be repaired sub standard. When sheet rock and insulation get wet they should be replaced. Not left to dry so sheet rock mud can be pushed up into the hole, and put over the area. Then painted without being sanded. Very shotty repairs. Then when you get home YOU get to clean up the construction mess that is left all over the area. MY RENT HAS BEEN INCREASED 2X's in the last 6 months. For a place that you provide your own air conditioner? I'M CURRENTLY LOOKING TO MOVE. Management people are nice but do not do their job!"

"I have lived here for 3 years now. I have a lot of space for the price. If there is ever an issue, I have had no problems getting things fixed. It is a nice place to live."

"This is my first place I've had on my own. I'm on month 5 of my 6 month lease. I've never had any problems at all. Maintenance was taken care of the day of or the day after I filed a complaint. Everything is well up kept, and very nice for a great price! Albert and Tamara, the management, are both so sweet!"
