"Do not rent from here they don’t fix anything. Their maintenance is horrible. If you have a complaint, they do nothing about it. They cut a hole in my bathroom wall two months ago to fix my plumbing and have never came and fix the hole but now they’re raising the rent."

"When I first moved in, the manager was absolutely horrible. She wouldn't send out maintenance orders for days after they were placed, and half the time would call the worker away to go do another order in the middle of him doing one. She didn't submit our paperwork at all, and was all around rude. A couple months ago we got a new manager, Tanya, who is the exact opposite. She's very kind, and does her best to get things done properly and on time. It doesn't always work out perfectly since she has to clean up after the previous manager, but she's very good at her job."

"⚠️ **Nightmare Living Conditions - Beware! ⚠️** As many others have stated, I wish I could leave a negative review. We moved in December 13, 2023 and broke our lease January 1, 2024. I must urgently warn potential renters about the deplorable state of 202 N Rock Rd #1207. After legally breaking the lease in just three weeks, I feel obligated to share the appalling conditions: 1. **HVAC Hazard:** The 70-year-old furnace smoked, glowed red-hot, and melted wires. Despite multiple attempted fixes, safety concerns persist. On three separate occasions parts were replaced, but with this fire hazard, they need to be thinking bigger-- the word of the day is "replacement." 2. **Plumbing Nightmare:** Unsanitary conditions include drain backups, faucet leaks, and sinks that back up due to unresolved plumbing issues. Won't be fixed until they tear the T-shaped plumbing out. Notice the sinks are full, even the one *without* a stopper. 3. **Trash Disaster:** Overflowing dumpsters force residents to pick up trash daily. Witnessed someone disposing of sanitary supplies off their balcony! 4. **Pest Infestation:** Scheduled pest control on January 2nd never happened. Attached are pictures of roaches and mice infesting the property. 5. **Electrical Dangers:** Dead outlets, others incapable of holding plugs, and a basement light hanging by a wire pose serious electrical hazards. Attached photos provide evidence of these alarming issues. Avoid Rockborough unless you're willing to endure these unacceptable living conditions. --best wishes Elise Nix"

"If I could give this negative stars, I would. The trash hasn’t been picked up in almost a week, and so where are we supposed to take ours out? It’s blown all over the parking lot and causes the entire complex to smell like a landfill. We have had numerous work orders put in for the same issues-including fixing 3 holes that had to be cut out from the walls/ceilings for a major plumbing repair. The plumbing was fixed, but after at least 3 months-the holes are still here. So far we have had 5 mice inside our unit-making me want to throw all of our stuff away so that nothing is moved into our next home. Cannot wait till our lease is up so we can actually feel like we have a home!"
