"I lived here for 2 1/2 years. On my scheduled move in day, Audra wasn't expecting me and sent me away for a few hours so she could last minute switch me to a ready apartment. This was weeks after signing papers and putting down a deposit. There was broken glass in the carpet. My ceiling fan broke shortly after I moved in and took a year and a half to get fixed. I had to fix the toilet twice by myself, buying the parts and doing the labor. The windows were filthy, cracked, drafty, some without locks and some that didn't open. The basements are wet and full of mold that the office doesn't do anything about, despite being told multiple times. I had massive leaks caused by the upstairs neighbor that absolutely nothing was done about, to the point the ceiling was peeling and cracked. They advertise free internet, but it goes out for weeks at a time every couple months. 2 stars because my apartment was large, neighbors generally mind their own business and I got my full security deposit back. I wouldn't recommend living here to anyone who had any other option."

"The pictures don't match what you get. You don't get to see an apartment before putting a deposit down. The 2 bedrooms are not large as they advertise at. They charge deposits for fishtanks"

"Rent Beware. This year my mom died. I work in healthcare I had covid before and if you ever get behind in rent they don't care. In fact you have three days to leave the premises and I don't want to check which makes it harder to pay. I regret moving if I would have known I would have been treated like this as a healthcare worker who has had covid-19. I have lived there for six months and at first it was okay but then it got worse. Their are Under New Management Now. And now there's things that they don't do like They don't answer their phone They don't have Security and the neighborhood is bad. The new manager there says she is the highest thing on the food chain. So there is no one to complain to about her behavior or things that she's not getting done. Don't move there if you can help it, they don't care about you as a renter."
